What is CCRS? The Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies (CCRS) is awarded by the Board of Studies of the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. It is a widely recognised qualification, designed for both catechists and Catholic teachers, covering the main areas of Catholic theology. Many people enrol in it for their own personal faith development. More details are in the handbook and can be found at http://brs-ccrs.org.uk. The level of study is roughly equivalent to first year undergraduate. The course starts in September 2017. Please download the PDF above to see further details.
